    Game pass ultimate gifts


    I purchased my game pass ultimate on December 13 and they said they would send me the codes for my gifts in a Xbox live message or my email and i havent got them yet and it is now December 24 and i haven't got it yet. I checked my spam folder in my email
    and still nothing please help i was hoping to get them by Christmas but I don't think I will. Please help me.

    Did he gift you ultimate game pass or 1 year of gold? Since there is a 1:1 conversion ratio for a normal gold or game pass to Ultimate game pass. For example if you were to redeem a 3 month game pass code while you have ultimate it would convert to a little

    It would depend on which Game Pass you gifted them. Game Pass Core and Game Pass Ultimate include the ability to play online. Game Pass for console does not.

    You can check it through the "Game Pass Goals" tile on the Game Pass Game Library/Hub on the console.

    Clicking on that tile will display an offer to receive a "Mystery Gift" or an "Ultimate Mystery Gift" depending on the level of participation from you.
