    Hi, I got a 6 months gamepass as part of upgrading my broadband with BT and in my microsoft account it states from BT/EE and Bt says it runs out in June 2022, yet on my xbox app it states it runs out February 2022 , whats the score there? should I do anything the now or wait and see what happens after the february date ends? I was already on a 3 months game pass £1 for 1 month and 2 months free which was due too run out next week

    Yes, I'll suggest you wait until February 2022 and see what happens. If it ends, you can take it up with BT to follow up with Support for you.

    Just for clarification, when you say that you were "already on a 3 month game pass" I assume that you are referring to Game Pass Ultimate. Is this correct?
    Did BT give you codes for Game Pass Ultimate, or did they give you Game Pass for PC, or Game Pass for Xbox?
    Think it was game pass not ultimate and BT was game pass ultimate 6 months, it currently says I'm on gamepass ultimate. when I click on Manage it takes me too a page too log into my BT or EE and on going to my bt it says ends june 2022, Im positive the gamepass i was on was too run out 24th december. something don't add up. All accounts ie xbox app microsoft account were logged into email addy i use for bt, most likely will work out fine, just the xbox app telling me it ends in february, but that xbox app is pretty buggy at the moment. on WIn 11

    You may want to contact BT Support directly or reach out to them on Twitter @bt_uk - it would be best to send a DM. As they’re the ones that are managing your Game Pass Ultimate subscription, they should be able to confirm the status of it and advise further. You can always share this thread with them as a reference, so they have a clearer understanding about the situation.

    This is interesting, as I wouldn't have thought the current subscription you have would just disappear. However, according to their ToU here: Xbox Game Pass Ultimate on BT ts and cs

    4. Once you have activated the service the Xbox Add-On will be added to your account. If you already have an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate direct from Microsoft, it will automatically be updated to the Xbox Add-On on your next renewal date and added to your BT account.

    Point 4 says that it should update to the BT add-on on the next renewal date. So, I am wondering if you had two years' worth of monthly memberships or were they year memberships for Game Pass?

    6. Xbox Add-On If you had an Xbox Games Pass direct from Microsoft and had accrued passes prior to taking the Xbox Add-On from BT, the accrued passes may still be available so you can access the services.

    With point 5. It says that if you cancel the add-in. Point 6, quoted above, refers to how you may be able to access the rolling membership you have previously had. However, this is not guaranteed. When you log into your Microsoft subscriptions page, do you see your Game Pass subscription?
