Game pass ultimate don't work

Hello, I have problem, few day ago i subscribed xbox live gold and later I wanted to upgrade this to xbox ultimate game pass.

It took my money but I don't have this subscription and in history of purchase I don't see billing for game pass ultimate but money for that were taken. So what can I do with that? I called to support and they didn't knew as well.
