Game Pass Ultimate Discord Nitro Promo

So when the promo for the discord nitro and spotify thing started, I instantly had issues.

Spotify said the issue was on their end with accounts not being able to get the premium but fixed it.

Discord however, I was told "Unknown Gift Code" and when I went to discord about the Link provided to me from the game pass promo, they told me that Microsoft would have to deal with this issue, and give me a new link to get my promotional code.

Anyone else have this issue, and is there anyone who can help me?

This kind of thing is irritating to deal with.
