Game Pass Ultimate, can I play on XBox and PC at the same time ?

Game Pass Ultimate can be shared at the sime time on 2 devices (2 Xbox, 2 PCs, one of each). So for 3 devices playing at the same time, you'd need a second Game Pass Ultimate Account.

Game Pass Ultimate also includes Xbox Live Gold. So if you would have 2 Game Pass Ultimate to play on 3 devices (or even 4) at the same time, you would need only one Xbox Live Gold subscription on the account that will play on the device that will not be connected to Game Pass Ultimate.

I have about 6 PCs and I am using the same game pass on all the PCs and also on iPad and iPhone. Of course, I can only play one PC at a time. I cannot have two games running on two different computers at the same time.

All Game Pass (basic and ultimate or any other plan) works on multiple PCs.

I already had the xbox set as home xbox, but what I didn't realize is that when I switched profile I remained logged in. Once I logged out from the console it worked as expected. (marking your reply as the answer as it pointed me to my problem)
