I can understand how the eager you might be to sign up for the newly introduced subscription, however it cannot be started with Microsoft Account funds as of yet.

If you would like to capitalize on that promotion, you would need to set up a valid payment instrument such as a Paypal or a debit/credit card to set it up under.
