    Hello everyone,

    I've encountered an issue with the Game Pass Ultimate subscription benefits not applying to my account, and I'm hoping someone here might have some insights or solutions.

    I subscribed to Game Pass Ultimate a few days ago, but I’ve noticed that I am not receiving the expected benefits, such as access to a larger game library and Xbox Live Gold features. I’ve double-checked that my subscription is active and have tried logging in and out of my account multiple times, but the issue persists.

    Has anyone else faced a similar problem? Any suggestions on how to resolve this?

    Are you on PC? Or Console?

    For windows, try this :

    Please follow these steps. Make sure to close any games and applications before proceeding. Thank you.

    Check Your PC’s Date and Time Settings:

    Ensure your PC’s date and time are accurate for proper connection establishment.

    Press the Start button, then select Settings.

    Go to Time & Language > Date & Time.

    Ensure the Set time automatically toggle is turned on.

    Sign Out of Your Accounts (Xbox App and Microsoft Store App):

    Open the Microsoft Store by pressing Windows Key + S, typing Microsoft Store, and selecting App Settings.

    Click on Repair and then Reset the app.

    Repeat the same process for the Xbox App.

    Restart Your Device:

    After repairing and resetting both apps, restart your device.

    Sign back into both the Xbox App and the Microsoft Store using the same email.

    Check if this resolves the issue.

    On Xbox console, please try this:

    Press and hold the Xbox button on the console for 10 seconds until it turns off.

    Remove everything that is connected to the console

    Wait for 3 minutes then connect the Power cord and HDMI cable.

    Game Pass Ultimate benefits can only be shared on consoles. You cannot gain any benefits or use on PC unless you are signed into the account that purchased Game Pass Ultimate.

    I am pretty sure the Ultimate benefits only apply to those who got Ultimate before they announced everything regarding EA Access, Discord Nitro, and Spotify Premium for free. Other than that, the Ultimate gifts should pop up in the 'Game Pass' tab on the
    Xbox dashboard as well.

    Why is XCLOUD GAMES NOT WORKING FOR OTHER CONSOLE USERS?

    With the Home setting, Game Pass itself doesn't share, Only games and the benefit of playing online from Gold/Game Pass Ultimate share. Other benefits are only available to the account that purchases the subscription can access that. If you're not that account, you can't use Xcloud.

    They are currently testing a family subscription.
