Game pass trial not working

I signed up for 14 day free trial and it still wont let me download sea of thieves still says sign up for 14 day trial or buy the game. when i click on sign up for 14 day free trial it tells me to pay 10 dollars.

Xbox Game Pass Trial Not working **

I've been trying to get the two week trial for 18 hours now and it says unknown internal failure. Customer service redirected me here. Help.

Had you previously used the free 14-day game pass offer? If you had previously used it, you can not use it but you will have to buy the game pass.

Heya!

Sea of Thieves not launching from Game Pass was a known issue but should be resolved.

Let's have you
remove your profile, power down and unplug the console for 5 minutes, and then power it back on to sign in and try once more.

Anything less than 1 month is a trial code. So being 14 days, they are trials. If they work like regular game pass trials, you can't add them to an account that's already had game pass.

Gold trials can only be used if you're not currently on a gold subscription. So if you're still on a subscription, it won't work.

The game pass trial is only for accounts that have never used game pass.

Game Pass Ultimate trials will only work for new subscribers. If you've already had Ultimate, you won't be able to use another trial.

You will have 13 months of Game Pass Ultimate. But this only works if is the first time you have Game Pass Ultimate, doesnt work in users that already had Game Pass Ultimate (this counts trial also).

The 14 day codes are trials and will only work with new subscribers to Game Pass, which is why there's an error. You would need a code that is not a trial code (anything 1 month or above) or purchase Game Pass (or Ultimate) directly from Xbox.
