game pass trial not working please help

On my dashboard there is a small ad panel that says "Try Game Pass again" i click on it it brings me to a page where it says "Enjoy another 14 day
Game Pass trial on us" then it brings me to the store but there is no button there for the trial nor is there an option for it when I press "join". I've already gotten a game pass trial in the past but its not just some glitch as it says "Try
Game Pass again" not "try game pass" or "free game pass trial" and its obviously tailored to the people who have already gotten it. This comes off as some sort of scam and false advertising please fix this its very aggravating. Not to mention
Microsoft has yet to respond to anything talking about this (that I've seen) yet still keep the ad on peoples dashboards. Real professional.

I would like to cancel the Xbox Game Pass free trial 14 days.

I stopped the automatic renew option but I cant cancel the Xbox Game pass 14 days free trial.

I cant find the Xbox Game Pass cancel option.

Sea of Thieves not launching from Game Pass was a known issue but should be resolved.

Let's have you
remove your profile, power down and unplug the console for 5 minutes, and then power it back on to sign in and try once more.
