    Game pass riddle


    I participated in this month's Game pass riddle quest, I believe I chose the right game and played for 11 hours, but.. I had to cancel my game pass on the 21 of Jan before the end of the month and I wanted to know if I'll still be qualified for that quest
    at the end of the month?

    Prizes from quests are given within the following month. If you don't receive anything by the end of March, you will need to post in the sales and promotions forum for assistance.

    Hey Krazy,

    Unfortunately since these quests are made available to Game Pass subscribers exclusively, we are unable to guarantee if a reward will deliver if the subscription was canceled as it must be active during the promotion period. For this instance, I recommend
    keeping an eye out if a reward for January comes through or not (rewards can take up to 30 days after the end of the promotion).

    For help with quests, you'll need to post in the sales and promotions forum. Keep in mind that prizes are sent within the following month, so if that was for January it would be too early to have received anything.
