Game Pass redeemed but not working.

I ordered a new a controller and was pleasantly surprised with a 14 day Game Pass code, however after activating said code i realised it hadn't worked and tried to enter the code again thinking i did something wrong, code has already been redeemed. i have
checked my order history and it says that the code has been redeemed but i do not have access to anything Game Pass and i am lost on what to do, any ideas anyone?

I'm hoping there would be an option to redeem rewards points for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. However, redeeming for gold and game pass will still work. If you've an active ultimate subscription, you will still get some months added to it but it will be less
than what you redeemed for via gold or game pass.

Mine worked. You need to redeem it in the game it self. Go to the menu of the game And Click "Online Pass" and redeem it from the game it self.

It can be redeemed on either, but it will only be redeemed for what it's for. So if it's a code for PC Game Pass, it will only work on PC.
