Please make it easier to cancel Game Pass Subscriptions. Every time I have to wait in queues, and try and contact agents and support teams.

To what? **** cancel a subscription. It's a joke. Can you make it actually possible? Rather than redirecting people to technical support pages full of garbage, actually put a **** button that says "CANCEL GAME PASS SUBSCRIPTION"

I REPEAT!

THERE IS NO BUTTON TO "STOP RECURRING TRANSACTIONS" or whatever it is supposed to be, it's not **** there. Don't send me links to help pages, don't send me anything. Actually fix the problem.

Once you decide to buy game pass for one month, you are locked into **** auto billing everything month and if it fails it tries weekly until it's successful. Even on a Sunday of all days.

If anyone can explain to me why or why I don't have the option to cancel? Am I doing something wrong? Am I missing something? The fact that after four failed billing attempts you keep on trying; makes no sense... it's almost fraudulent in my opinion.

Not off of a Credit Card either. Bank connected debit cards, and it constantly bills. To the point where it bills of off Rent money, thank you.

fixed it on xbox i had recurring billing turned on after the 3 month game pass ends

i turned off recurring billing and game pass is enabled in subscriptions

now it shows game pass active

If recurring billing is on then you will be charged the full price of a monthly game pass subscription (10$ pm) after the trial ends unless you turn of recurring billing.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are wanting to cancel subscription. As you already have game pass, we recommend turning off recurring billing. Once the month is over, then you can subscribe to the game pass. here is a guide on

You can turn off recurring billing by going to account.microsoft.com and select services and subscriptions, and on game pass subscription select manage and from there you can turn off recurring billing.
