Game Pass Quests unavailable [Microsoft Rewards]

Hello,

I've joined the Microsoft Rewards program a few month ago.

Recently, I've also joined Xbox Game Pass for console (using a promotional code).

Nevertheless, I can't access the Game Pass Quests.

I thougth these should be available to anyone member of both Microsoft Rewards and Xbox Game Pass.

Is there any condition I missed?

I asked the Microsoft Rewards program's support, and they told me to contact Xbox support.

have you installed the Rewards app on your Xbox?

if you have, start the Rewards app and there should be a button under
Weekly Set to Show All Quests.

or from the Xbox Home Screen, press RB once to go to the
Game Pass tab and Quests should be there as well.

Ok, I checked today, the Quests were available.

Some of them marked as completed.

So I guess the quests appear a little while after a subscription, but actions needed to complete them are taken into account anyway.

Yes, the app is installed.

I already searched there.

Currently, only 2 quests are shown: some "Weekly Rewards Activities" and one fidelity card about STAR WARS Jedi: Fallen Order.

When showing the list of all achievements, there is a tab (on the left) labelled "Game Pass Quests".

But there I can only see a button saying that I should join Microsoft Rewards.

If I try to do that: "Sorry, you can't join now…"

What about the Game Pass tab in the Home Screen?

I simply don't see any quest.

Well, actually I can see one quest put in the top frame: "10 000 points in 10 days".

I try to activate it, the Rewards app lauches, and: "We don't find the article you're looking for."

Maybe I should have mentioned earlier, I tried Xbox Game Pass Ultimate before.

That's why I've joined the Rewards program.
