    Hi there,

    I have been an xbox user for many years, also an insider for a long time. I am currently level 12 and I think in the Beta ring. Havent been able to get higher Game Pass Quests not working/appearing, GFs account. :). Ultimate Pass.

    I recently started doing the Microsoft Rewards program and shortly after my GF started doing it with me. She has enjoyed it. And now, since Sunday she has joined the insider program. At the same time she paid for her own Game Pass subscription to have access to the Game Pass quests and the Microsoft Rewards quests on the xbox.

    Since then, she doesnt have any quests appearing on her profile. It says that there none available, to comeback later. We have been checking every day and nothing. We have heard we have to wait and we are doing that, but we were hoping to get some more official help as to what we could do or we have to do in order to fix the issue.

    As of today, her Gamertag/account shows the gaming quests on the Microsoft Rewards app. The issue is, that nothing has happened with the Game Pass quests.

    Some people commented on the Rewards subreddit that they have also managed to get those quests but nothing with the game pass quests. Is that normal? I dont see why she wouldnt be able to have access to those as well.

    P.s. Shes level 4 in the insider program, and I believe in the same Beta ring as we both use the same xbox

    How do Xbox gold quests work?

    The quests that i know of are the Xbox game pass quests, the Xbox Live gold quests, they work a bit like the game pass quests, and then there are the Microsoft rewards quests, which are pretty similar to how the xbox live rewards quests worked. You purchase
    certain games or films, and then you get so many points on your account for doing it.

    Still the same. When I launch a game pass game the daily quest does not appear. Which is affecting other weekly and monthly game pass quests

    Sea of thieves Microsoft rewards time to party is not working and other game pass quests not giving credit.

    A lot of us are experiencing Game Pass quest issues. I can't get the Play Game Pass daily to work, but all other quests work. I've submitted the issue to Feedback Hub, Windows Key + F, Microsoft Rewards and to Xbox Support. They appear to be aware of the
    issues with Game Pass quests, but they are backed up right now and we all have to be patient.

    Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand the quests are not showing. If you just joined the game pass ultimate give it a little bit for them to show. You can try

    Power cycle     the device, if on the phone try signing out and back in on the app.

    Have you cleared the cache for the app on your phone? As for the console it may need a moment to catch up to you joining.
