    Game pass quests not being recognized


    I don’t know if anyone else is having the same problem but game pass rewards is not recognizing that I have played a Game Pass game for rewards points. I am referring to the play Game Pass daily rewards quest and the game specific weekly quests. I just tried to play UFC 4 and the weekly quest was not recognized. This has been going on for a few days and I thought it would be fixed when the new month started but it hasn’t been.

    Gamepass daily quest

    It seems like some Game Pass quests are slow to pop. Due to servers being overloaded the priority is turned down now for Game Pass quests.

    I have had the same thing, login to game pass mobile app is recognized fine but Play any game pass daily quest is not recognised.

    Ive played several games and made sure i got an achievement in each one on each day to show some proof that i have done it.

    I cannot find a way to report this problem to Microsoft rewards/game pass quests

    Season pass

    It now recognizes my game pass and it has also recognized that I have the season pass (not sure if it's because of it being an in-game pass) but this has sorted my problem out.

    I'm also enjoying the new quests.

    I have the exact same issue with remote install. have tried multiple troubleshooting tips and nothing yet.

    Another thing I find annoying is, if you already have a game installed, and you didn't download it from game pass, if you complete the quest it will not recognize it. You must install the game from Game Pass for it to count.
