Game pass quests no longer available on xbox series x

Since the end part of may, I think around the last xbox update, my game pass quests have just disappeared from the game pass section on my xbox series x. They are also missing from the app and game pass on pc. I currently have game pass ultimate which is still active and not due to expire until august. I can download game pass games and play them with no issue. Also the daily log ins register as well as logging into the mobile app and so on. But when I try to turn the quests in I just get an error that it is not available or try again later so no points are going into my microsoft rewards.

I've tried hard resetting everything and even did a factory reset but nothing is working. Even installed a brand new router hub. My xbox console is showing the proper OS number under the console info so it is up to date. It's almost acting like it doesn't recognize part of my game pass or the xbox live included in it? I am not sure, but something is definitely wrong. I have never had this issue before so not sure what to do. But what would be causing this? Could the xbox update in may just messed up my account somehow? I have sent in a ticket to rewards but have heard nothing back from them. Any advice appreciated.

I have the same issue. Quests have vanished from both app and console. And because Microsoft SUCKS, they of course won't tell anybody anything.

They are not there. The whole section is gone from the game pass UI and under my profile. My ultimate sub is still current too, but the quests have totally disappeared for three weeks now. If I try to turn one in for the points it just errors saying try again later. It started after the last xbox update around may 25th. I've reset uninstalled, reinstalled, factory reset. Checked microsoft account and sent in a ticket which was no help. I've never had this issue and don't understand why this issue just randonly started out of nowhere.

Unfortunately Game Pass is only available for the Xbox One and Xbox series X|S.

I just verified via the Game Pass app on Android. It does NOT include the Metro series quests via that app, so will not be required to complete Game Pass quest master quest.

Sometimes they add promotional reward quests, and the Rewards dashboard lumps all the quests together, and doesn't seperate the Game Pass specifics. You shouldn't need to purchase that game to complete the Game Pass quests. You can check your progress
with the Game Pass app available on iOS or Android.
