Game Pass Quests everything locked

For the past few days, everything in my game pass quests has been locked. If I try to click on the quest, it recommends that I buy Game Pass which I have. It looks like there's something broken on the back-end. Anyone know what will fix this?

With everything locked, I can't complete any quests and this is frustrating.

Your game pass probably expired today, it may have to register for a bit that you dont have it turn off your xbox wait an hour and try again if that doesnt work then maybe attempt changing accounts and seeing if it works

I have the exact same problem. I bought Game Pass Ultimate for 1 month. I had Ultimate before and everything worked. I already did all the steps like resetting the console and power cycling. I even called Microsoft support and they didn't even know what Game Pass Quests are. I can play online and I can play Game Pass games but the quests are locked. Sometimes they appear to be unlocked but I can't redeem them and they lock up again. Very frustrating.

My quest are all locked. Been like that for 3days. I have game pass and can download games just no rewards. Ive reset my xbox1x, my router, even removed game pass app and installed again. Same results, quest are locked. I even went to the join up screen
just for it to show me I already own it. Any ideas?

Sharing allows you to access Gold subscriptions (the ability to play online) and games the other person has purchased/downloaded from Game Pass. It doesn't actually give the subscription to everyone else on the console. So only the account that purchases the subscription gets access to the added benefits such as discounts, perks, etc.
