Game Pass Quest Reward

who r we supposed to contact about this?

everyone got the reward around Oct 17 or so & I'm still missing mine, my Xbox Live Messages Center whatever pretty much has everything except this Halo one & the recent Fallout 4 one, yet when I visit that xboxliveoffers link, it says I've completed all
objectives.

Xbox Chat Support keeps insisting I either contact Microsoft Rewards or TrueAchievements coz they can help lol, no idea why these reps think those 2 places could coz we all know they have nothing to do with this.
