Game Pass Quest points not being received

I was in contact with Microsoft support last week. There was a delay in hearing back, and now havn't gotten a response to my last email (5 days). Feels like I'm left out to hang.

Issue is, my Game Pass Quest points are often not showing in my total. The ones that do show, don't get added to my
total until the next day.

For most of last week I was stuck at 340, and the only points added were from game achievements. The large ones (100+ are especially obvious in their absence). As it stands now, I'm missing about 300+ points, but since I can't see the total of my game achievements for the month, can't really say for sure.

I'm on an original Xbox One, and this was happening last month as well. any suggestions. Feels like Microsoft support doesn't really care enough to response, to do the right thin. It's also killing my desire to even complete quests.

Thanks for the suggestions. I've never donated points, or used them for that matter. The daily ones show up randomly (but also sometimes don't). It's the large ones, the 50+ point quests that aren't being added to my total. So it's random.

May not be related but I would check your Rewards account to see if you are set up to donate points to charity. I signed up for the charity thing a while ago and, as written, was only expecting my search points to be donated...turned out that lots of other points were being donated too..think I ended up being down about 4000 points. Might be worth checking

And there you go.....no response to my email or support request. The issue is still there, and I'm out of at least 500 points this month.

I was directed to that page by the online chat, and the support rep responded. If it was the wrong place to get help, they should have known that from the start!I'll try again here, though it looks like I'm just repeating my efforts.

Sounds like you're telling me I was directed to the incorrect support source, and my response was ignore....nice.

I realize I'm the only one responding here, but it's meant as an update.

The support is beyond slow. Somehow ended up with numerous support claims, some were deleted, and in the end I'm lucky to get one response a week.

It's simple, the monthly total ON the xbox doesn't show the totals from quest points claimed on the app, nor do they show from many of those claimed on the xbox. Last month I completed one quest worth 1000 points, it never showed in the total. This month I should have over 300, but on the xbox it's been stuck on 60 for 10+ days.

I don't mind technical issues, but this is extremely poor support. It's starting to rival my frustration with not being able to get Series X.
