I have problem when I try to purchase something, in this case I'm trying to suscribe to the game pass for 1$ but is always giving me an error but without a

Code and the only thing that is telling me it's that I need to get in contact with supporters

Game Pass / 3 months for $9.99

I have been trying to purchase the Game Pass 3 months for $9.99 , I have a Game Pass membership through codes that I got off of chips ahoy cookies package that expires on 8/5/2018 , when I try to buy the special promo for the game pass it keeps wanting me
to extend my existing membership instead of letting me get the promo for 3 months $9.99 . Is there a way that I can get the promo ? Please help !

i purchased a promo for one month free live with game pass and didnt receive the live code , i am furiois with this i only purchased this promo so i could try the new release sea of thieves which i havent even been able to play because i didnt recive the
live i should of got with the game pass and its online only..... i kno have only a week left of game pass and still no live this is awful and i want refunding for the game pass as ive not been able to use it online which is what the promo was for !!!
