    Game pass promo not received


    got this promo for game pass, signed up for gold live, but never received the pass...it's asking me to subscribe...been on tech support for an hour trying to send screenshots over mail. This is very frustrating

    Xbox Live Gold - Game Pass Promo

    On March 24, 2018 there was a dashboard promo for Game Pass. It said that if you renewed your Gold that you'd receive a Game Pass subscription code from Xbox. Its going on three weeks now and I haven't received my code!

    No game pass rewards at all

    Hi, I have had the game pass since September and have taken part in the reward system, but even though I know I did most of them I have not received anything, the only messages from xbox live are promo things.

    How long has it been since you signed up? The terms in the ad state the code will be sent within the next month. So if you just signed up recently it would not have been enough time to receive the code.
