    I have been trying to redeem my game pass points on the $3 game pass reward but it keeps telling me there is a problem. Is there a limit on how many times you can redeem it?

    These costs, were they added by Microsoft or your bank? When you look at your billing history via your Microsoft Account what figure do you see?

    It could be that you were charged fees by your bank which would be out of Microsofts Control.

    Hi Le epic Kermit,

    MHW Iceborne is an expansion for the MHW game and requires the base game to play it.

    When you purchased Iceborne did you buy the edition that game with the base game? If not you will either have to buy MHW or subscribe to GamePass to enjoy the Iceborne expansion.
