Game pass pre download

With the announcement that first party games will be available on game pass from day 1, does anyone know if we will be able to pre download the game?

Assassin's Creed Chronicles NOT free with previous season pass

I'm having an issue with the "ACU season pass" download for Assassin's Creed Chronicles: China. I had pre-ordered ACU & season pass and should be able to download the game for free, however, when i find the game in the store it says it's 9.99 for me.
I am logged in as well. Anyone else having this issue?

Who will be getting the xbox day one

Pre-ordered yesterday, going to get Forza 5 ... then download BF4 and DR3 as the days pass

most likely not as they will only be added on the day, but with it being included with game pass then i am willing to wait for it to download, even if this means not playing the very first day it is out, if you want it day one then buy a copy from the store,
if i like the game then ill be purchasing a copy. and with game pass you sometimes get a discount on purchases also, fingers crossed.

Did you pre-order the game? You can only download early if you have already pre-ordered it or do so now. This game is not available just because you have ultimate or game pass.

I have Game Pass Ultimate, and I was able to download the game when the pre-load when live.

I just bought season pass, currently downloading pirates booty, in game menu (free it said) downloaded Mechromancer from the in-game menu, had a price tag on it...sooo maybe Mechromancer does'nt come with season pass, only with pre-order?
