Game pass perks not working on pc

So the title says it all, perks for game pass ultimate members are NOT redeemable on pc. It shows up as “sorry, we’re having trouble showing the details of this perk right now. Try again later” I’ve seen other posts about this and they are going mostly unanswered. One response was redeem through console and it should be fine, but i dont have my console with me, and I should be able to redeem them on pc. Cant redeem them on the game pass app since it shows “claim on Xbox or pc”. This has been an issue for the past week now and I’m wondering a timeline on when its getting fixed. Seems like an issue with the xbox app on pc. Would be great to have an alternative option to claim perks. Anyone know a fix?

First, welcome to the Xbox community. Apparently, it's a general problem, I've had this error for days, and my alternative is to use the Xbox game pass app on my smartphone to be able to claim my perks. I've tried numerous solutions too, I believe this can only be resolved with an update from Microsoft.

I suggest you report this issue to the Xbox team, I did the same, I hope they resolve it. You may be reporting this issue via the link below.

- At the moment, the only solution is to use a smartphone to redeem the perks.

In case only some perks can be redeemed by the smartphone app, I believe they will soon be releasing an update for the pc app that will fix this issue.

If you have game pass ultimate go into the game pass tab and click on perks the nitro is under perks

Am on both pc and seires s and the game pass app and on all of them there's only 1 perk yesterday when I checked my perks in my game pass app I have a bunch

When i go on the Xbox game pass app and go to perks it now tells me to claim it on my Xbox or pc and i don't have an Xbox and on my pc it says its not working right now

The perks are just an added bonus for buying Game Pass. Nobody buys Game Pass just for the perks. Sorry that it didn't work on the console, but support is right in this case. They are free.
