    Game pass perks not working for Vigor


    I redeemed the perk for Vigor this week but it has not shown up for me in game. I have a couple of people around me who tried it too and they have the same issue.

    Is there further action required to activate the perk in game?

    This usually doesn't seem to be the case.

    The code however shows up as redeemed in my perks area and it also shows up in my billing history.

    Is this an Xbox issue or Vigor issue?

    If you have game pass ultimate go into the game pass tab and click on perks the nitro is under perks

    I have to post this, I have no other choice.

    The perks are just an added bonus for buying Game Pass. Nobody buys Game Pass just for the perks. Sorry that it didn't work on the console, but support is right in this case. They are free.

    If possible, could you try checking again the Xbox Game Pass app but using your mobile data internet to see if something change?

    **Also, if you're using a VPN service on your phone disable it

    And could be good double check if your Microsoft account region is the one where you're right now:

    Double check this too on your Xbox Console and Game Pass app

    I don't own a pc but I have tried perks on the xbox game pass mobile and they don't show up.

    I have reset my modem I have power cycle my console, I have also cleared the Mac address and I have factory reset my xbox series x

    Haven’t gotten mine yet but if you’re having trouble please try to use your Xbox Game Pass App and try to redeem it from there.
