Game Pass Perks Not Showing Up

I have been trying to claim my perks that come with my Ultimate subscription but I'm not able to. The perks show up on my game pass mobile app, but doesn't show up on pc, which I need to claim said perk. Does anyone have any solutions or fixes?

Hi Madhu, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

Kindly repair and reset the app by following the steps below:

Settings > Apps > Apps & Features > Search for the Xbox App > Advanced Options > Repair > Reset.

thanks for your answer. I have never subscribed to discord nitro in the past, so I'm eligible for this perk. but it don't show up?? Only the overcooked dlc perk shows up and yes I'm subscribed to Xbox game pass Ultimate

I have this same issue, and like other replies, I have been an ultimate subscriber since it was offered. This is the exact same thing I see on my XBOX app.
