    Game pass perks not available


    When I first got our XBox-S I had it set up on my (dad) account with game pass ultimate. Perks worked fine. I then decided to switch it to my son's account. I canceled my Xbox ultimate and signed my son up for the free trial. It has been 4 months trial was over after first month, and perks still aren't showing up on his Xbox. It also doesn't show up in the Xbox app. My network connectionis fine and of course my Xbox has been restarted many times.

    Perks are only available for Ultimate. So if it's not Game Pass Ultimate, you won't get access to perks.

    That's right, it is only available to you. these perks are for the account that game pass ultimate is purchased on.

    All Game Pass perks are not available to everybody unfortunately.

    The Spotify perk is only available in the US and UK, to my knowledge. And regarding the Discord perk, it seems a bit random who it is offered to. See support.discord.com for

    I could be wrong here but I was under the impression that Game Pass perks were only available for the account with Game Pass and can't be transferred

    That may have caused it, Iva. The game pass perks are only available for supported markets. According to Xbox:

    “ Number and content of Perks vary by region, platform, and over time, and must be redeemed by stated timeframe. Age restrictions apply.”
