any, are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Any gift returned as non-deliverable will not be resent. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery of your bonus 1-month code via the Xbox Message Centre. Microsoft reserves the right to cancel, change, or suspend

Using the Services after the changes become effective means you agree to the new terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Services, close your Microsoft account and, if you are a parent or guardian, help your minor child close
his or her Microsoft account.

5. When accepting the one-off payment via Paypal Microsoft has activated auto-recurring monthly payments without notifying the customer of doing so; and

6. By activating auto-recurring payments Microsoft has self-authorised approximately AU$111 per year worth of future subscription charges on an indefinite basis.

Actually when you purchase a subscription through Xbox there is a warning before you confirm the purchase that auto-renewal will be turned once you confirm the purchase and you can turn it off at any time.

Hey Smwutches. I had a look and you're right, it does say in the small print that recurring charges are activated. Thanks for the correction.

I'm still waiting to hear from the 'offline team' with regards my enquiry. Chat support didn't mention a timeframe.
