    Game pass payments keep failing.

    I’m having problems paying for game pass on Xbox one.

    I’ve changed all addressed and card details to match and every other personal information is up to date yet wether I use debit card or PayPal the same error occurs saying “ something happened at our end”

    I’ve even tried paying via pc but same error occurs.

    Please help

    Hi,

    Check if your account is up to date on
    account.microsoft.com     ( check all address, billing address, payment method … )

    Also your balance has to be correct , so if you see any warnings like (over due / past due bill ) , you have to pay it before be able to purchase.

    If all is correct call Xbox live helpdesk > Contact Us | Xbox Support

    If I do the all access subscription with the series x for $34.99 for a month do I keep said series X?

    Yes you’ll keep it the only thing you’ll lose is game pass once your payments are done but you can just renew game pass if you’d like to keep it

    Keep in mind that Xbox Game Pass Ultimate includes Xbox Live Gold, Game Pass Console and Game Pass PC. So when your GP Ultimate subscription renews, that will keep you playing online. You'll be fine as long as that subscription payment goes through without
    issue.
