Game pass past due.

I had a past due after my 14 day trial, But I lost that card. So I bought 1 month game pass card on Amazon. I didn’t want the monthly hassle if I choose to keep paying for not. Do I at least get my Amazon code purchase as 1 month plus 1 month of Game pass
?

Don’t tell me this is going to cost me $20 for 1 month . The code was used and bought long before I ran into this Other wise I would’ve just paid the $10. I figured when the payment was declined it stopped the subscription. Sorry,

If i purchase a xbox Game Pass or EA Access Subscription on a prepaid Visa card and it becomes past due or suspended, Can i pay for the past due balance with my Microsoft Account money??

Past due

It clearly tells you that you will be charged on the due date if you don't turn auto renewal off.

You can also check what subscriptions you have via your console.

You would need to contact support
here for anything billing related as they are the only ones with access to your billing & account info.

The 14 day trail would renew and be taken from the card on file. You can check and cancel anytime account.microsoft.com/services

When that renews if the payment fails for what ever reason that then becomes a past due sub in this case gamepass. Unforutally past dues can't be cleared using a prepaid 5x5 code. You would need too clear using a card then you can redeem the code

You will need to pay it then cancel it as there is a lee way period where it gives you normally 7 days to pay and if you dont the suspend subscription. However this means that it is the start of a new month which you have not paid for. It is rather a daft
way of doing it I know but thats why they suggest if you do not wish this to happen you have to change it from automatic payments to manual payments as manual payments do not get this lee way period. If you feel it was due to a technical fault I would bring
it up with xbox support under subscriptions and payments. I hope this helps.

Hello, the past due balance needs to be cleared out on the account. You can call support and see what they say but you do need to have the subscription cancelled out too.
