    I am unable to search, load or even see any games on Game Pass on both my Xbox One X and my PC. I get either "Looks like you're stranded" or "Unable to display right now" messages. I have an active subscription to Game Pass Ultimate. I have already repaired the app, reset the app, repaired gaming services and reset gaming services. I also walked through several fixes suggested on the forums involving using Powershell to remove and re-install gaming services. My windows and xbox are all current with updates. I just did a complete format and re-install of Win 10 on my PC. None of this has helped fix the issue. Please advise.

    Started this past Saturday 11/11/2023. Has not stopped since

    - Do you get any error codes or messages when trying to launch Game Pass?

    No error codes at all

    - Are you able to access other apps or games on your devices?

    Yes, Steam and Epic games work as well as all other apps like MS Office

    - Have you tried using a different account or device to access Game Pass?

    I have not, I don't have another account associated with Game Pass

    I just tried all those suggested fixes, but I am having the same issue. No change. I did just cancel my Ultimate subscription yesterday since I can't play, but that is still active until Dec 5th

    Here are things that you can check to troubleshoot the issue:

    - Sign in to your Microsoft account on https://account.microsoft.com/services/

    - Make sure that your Game Pass Ultimate subscription is active and not expired or suspended

    - If you see any errors or issues with your subscription, please contact Microsoft support for further assistance If your subscription is fine, then the issue might be related to your network connection or settings. To troubleshoot this, please follow these steps:

    - Restart your Xbox One X and PC and make sure they are connected to the same network

    - Test your network connection on both devices by going to Settings > Network > Network settings > Test network connection

    - If you see any errors or issues with your network, please try to fix them by following the instructions on the screen or contact your internet service provider for help

    - If your network is fine, then try to clear the cache on both devices by following these steps:

    - On your Xbox One X, press and hold the power button for 10 seconds until it shuts down, then unplug the power cord for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on

    - On your PC, press the Windows key + R, type wsreset.exe and press Enter, then wait for the command to finish and restart your PC

    - After clearing the cache, try to launch Game Pass again and see if the issue is resolved

    Novice has some questions on using an Xbox

    I appreciate the Xbox One X must be faster at loading games but the Xbox One's speed is fine to me.
    The loading speeds of the One X are no better than any other Xbox One as they used the same hard drive...it used to take upwards of 2 minutes for my one X to load a particular game!! You aren't missing out there. The One X is really only if you want the 4k content
