Game pass on sold xbox one

Hello

i bought Xbox series X and i sold my old xbox one to one of my work coleague. I have game pass ultimate. I removed my account from sold xbox one. My coleague created his own account and is logged on it. However, i left few game pass game installed on that
old xbox one (Ori, Doom, Forza). And he is able to play those, even on his new account he can use those games. How is that possible? I though that gamepass is linked to my account and only that account is able to use those games?

So if i set my current series X, it will automaticaly remove that "home" from old one, even im not signed it there?

Propably because your sold Xbox was set as your home Xbox.

One year of game pass is not sold anywhere, chances are that you bought a year of gold which then would've converted to I believe three months of game pass

I understand that a xbox game pass 14 days trial code or a xbox live gold 14 days trial code can't be used/sold as xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial code for sure.

Because a 'xbox games pass ultimate 14 days trial code' equals a 'xbox game pass 14 days trial code + xbox live gold 14 days trial code', so for new Microsoft/Xbox accounts, a 'xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial codes' could be used/sold as 'xbox game
pass 14 days trial code' or 'xbox gold live 14 days trial code' , right?

Please help to clarify.

Well season passes are normally sold on there own aswell as with games. will the Destiny expansion DLC be sold on its own aswell
