i’m currently moving rn and my new house doesn’t have wifi yet and i was trying to play some games that i know play offline but everytime i try to play it gives me the error: 0x803f900a and says i need to sign in with the profile used to download it. i am back at my old house right now and since my xbox’s network chip is broken the only way i can get online is a ethernet and i’ve been testing to see if it’ll let me play them after i’ve connected to the internet and it’s still not allowing me to play anything. any help?

Famring Simulator 19 can be played offline.

Game Pass games can be played offline if they don't have MP components

I suspect that Game Pass won't allow you to play completely offline as FS19 has an MP component. It may simply be you can't bypass that part of it

Where did you read in the terms of service that you can play Game Pass Games offline?

The closest thing I read about
offline play on Game Pass in this FAQ. Where it says that not all games allow offline play, and for those that allow offline play, you can only play them offline for 30 days.

As GamePass is a "rental" subscription, the games have to check at least every month if your subscription is still active and valid.

Otherwise you could join Game Pass, download all the games, set your console offline, and cancel the subscription. And since the console can't check if your subscription is still active, the console assumes that the subscription ran out, if it is offline
for a certain amount of time.

Do you have this game via Game Pass? The game itself does support offline play. On PC I assume you've followed these instructions https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-on-windows/gaming-on-windows/play-games-offline-windows-10
