    I'm not sure if anyone else experienced this, but it just seems pretty unfair to offer 3 months for $1 when people had just DAYS before purchased only 1 month for $1 because that's all that was available. Can 2 months be retroactively added to my Game
    Pass?

    unfortunately no, I'm sorry you were unlucky but offers change and sometimes better ones arrive after you bought the previous.

    About Xbox game pass ultimate

    If you have never had an ultimate subscription, when you upgrade, all of your current live gets converted to ultimate; so whether you have 3 months of live currently or even 3 years, when you upgrade, it all converts to ultimate. Many take advantage of the
    £1/$1/€1 upgrade offer to maximize the amount of live they hold (3years) before converting.

    Things are different if you already have ultimate; adding a 3 month live code to your ultimate does
    not then convert at 1:1. A 3 month live code would convert to just 1 month if ultimate. Likewise a 3 month standard game pass code would equate to 2 months if ultimate.
    incorrect, the 1:1 conversion offer is over, if you have 3 months gold and you use the 1 dollar offer to upgrade to game pass it will convert your gold time to 50 days of gamepass ultimate, after 50 days your sub will end and thats it.

    it clearly gives this warning when upgrading also

    Heres what i did based on your message; bought 2x 3 month subscriptions. When i went to redeem each of them it gave me the offer if i set up recurring payment i will get 1 month free!

    So i got :

    3 months PC Game Pass for £1

    6 (+2 free months) Xbox Live Gold

    1 month with the Ultimate Upgrade

    12 months of Xbox Ultimate! :D

    Thank you for the swift reply. I understand why the £1 offer no longer works. What i cant understand is why it didnt initially.

    I can only imagine that due to some technical difficulty the £1 offer did not process correctly and then i went to the redeem code page to redeem the 3 months. I came here to find out if anything could be done to restore/resolve this issue. I only purchased
    3 months as a top up to the £1 offer. Without the offer i would not have activated xbox game pass.
