If you click on the offer you can only purchase 1 month (without rebate).

Check if your game pass is active and if there is no past / overdue bill here https://account.microsoft.com/services

If all is correct > Just delete your account from the console then add it back to sync all correct infos about it ( here is how to > Add or Remove a Microsoft Account on Xbox One

Hi!

Check in the "Subscriptions" section of the console ("My Game & App") and check that the gamepass is correctly active. If it's active, try holding down the power button for 10 secs and try again. If it doesn't work, delete your profile from the console and
re-download it again.
