    Game Pass October Quest not updating properly


    Whom do I speak to about the October Game Pass Quest not updating properly?

    I've played more then 12 hours of Fallout 4 since the start of the month.

    Same account linked to Bethesda.net and Xbox live.

    It registered my playing Wolfenstein but not Fallout 4.

    Have refreshed over and over and play at least and hour or more each day.

    Xbox Gold Quests for September 2018 rewards not received.

    The end of the September Gold Quests was October 15th, and it has been far over the 4-6 weeks stated. I am not a member of Game Pass, and am only talking about the Gold Quests.

    I did not. I used a trial but under the terms of the prizes it never said that the trial did not count.
