    Game Pass not working


    I’m subscribed to Xbox Game Pass and it still let’s me play the games I have downloaded from it, but when I try to go to Game Pass to download a new game it acts as if I don’t have a subscription. As if I need to pay again. When I try to pay again via
    my credit card it just sends me back to the Game Pass subscription screen. Help! I came home from work and wanted to download Forza Horizon 4 but it won’t even let me....

    I have the game pass and I know sea of thieves is included in it but when I just go into it, it doesn’t say free with game pass and only gives me the option to buy it and it doesn’t say download for free with the game pass please help because I have wasted my
    money if I can’t get it

    I am having the exact same problem. I have removed my profile and I have power cycled my xbox one and router buts it's still the same. Any fix on this yet?

    please double check
    http://account.microsoft.com/services     to see if the subscription is showing there.

    If the subscription shows, try the following steps

    1. Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)
    2. Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

    3. Redownload your profile

    ​ If these steps fail, then its best to contact Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) at

    Cloud gaming not working properly

    None of them worked.

    I’ve also found that no other game pass games will work on cloud gaming not just series x/s games, when I tested if others were working I tried games from the EA pass which still work, not games from the regular game pass

    Subcriptions Page     when you sign in, but you're still not seeing it renew properly, you'll want to reach our

    To check, are you still unable to see the Xbox Game Pass menu and access the list of games when you go to My Games & Apps>Memberships>Xbox Game Pass?

    Let's have you try
    removing profile     (please ensure you remember your account sign-in credentials before this step),

    power cycling     your Xbox One console and router/modem, and then signing back in.

    Did that solve the issue?
