Game pass not working

my Xbox game pass has been paid for and checked on Xbox.com and it shows that payment has been taken on the renewal date but on the Xbox itself it doesn’t show it as active and when I go to play a game on the membership it says that my membership has expired
and even when I try to join on the Xbox then it says that I can’t .

Any ideas ?

I have the game pass and I know sea of thieves is included in it but when I just go into it, it doesn’t say free with game pass and only gives me the option to buy it and it doesn’t say download for free with the game pass please help because I have wasted my
money if I can’t get it

To check, are you still unable to see the Xbox Game Pass menu and access the list of games when you go to My Games & Apps>Memberships>Xbox Game Pass?

Let's have you try
removing profile (please ensure you remember your account sign-in credentials before this step),

power cycling your Xbox One console and router/modem, and then signing back in.

Did that solve the issue?

 

I am having the exact same problem. I have removed my profile and I have power cycled my xbox one and router buts it's still the same. Any fix on this yet?
