Game pass not working

Discus and support Game pass not working in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; my xbox game pass says im subscribed and will renew on the 3/3/18. It is now the 23/3/18 and i cant use it.     Game pass not working


    my xbox game pass says im subscribed and will renew on the 3/3/18. It is now the 23/3/18 and i cant use it. I cant access any of the games on game pass but my normal xbox live is fine

    Game pass not working

    I have the game pass and I know sea of thieves is included in it but when I just go into it, it doesn’t say free with game pass and only gives me the option to buy it and it doesn’t say download for free with the game pass please help because I have wasted my
    money if I can’t get it

    Game pass not working

    I am having the exact same problem. I have removed my profile and I have power cycled my xbox one and router buts it's still the same. Any fix on this yet?

    If your Game Pass membership is showing as active on your
    Subcriptions Page     when you sign in, but you're still not seeing it renew properly, you'll want to reach our
    Chat or Phone support teams to look into your account directly and securely with you to best explore further options.

    Sadly that's not the issue, cause I'm having the same. I subscribed to the game pass worked fine and now i cant play any of the game pass games even tho my payment is still valid it just keeps asking me if i own it even though the game is still on game pass.

    Cloud gaming not working properly

    None of them worked.

    I’ve also found that no other game pass games will work on cloud gaming not just series x/s games, when I tested if others were working I tried games from the EA pass which still work, not games from the regular game pass

    To check, are you still unable to see the Xbox Game Pass menu and access the list of games when you go to My Games & Apps>Memberships>Xbox Game Pass?

    Let's have you try
    removing profile     (please ensure you remember your account sign-in credentials before this step),

    power cycling     your Xbox One console and router/modem, and then signing back in.

    Did that solve the issue?
