    Game pass not working with new Xbox?


    I got a new Xbox because the last one had a faulty issue I get a new Xbox get all my games and go to download my game pass games because I had it 1 month for a pound. I went to download and it said I did not have game pass when I had it with the faulty one. I had all the data uploaded from the old Xbox aswell, any fix to this?

    Xbox Game Pass for PC will only work on Windows 10 1903 or higher. So your only options are to either purchase a new computer and then buy game pass or not buy game pass at all.

    We need to make sure that the subscription is active under the account that you're using. Please follow the steps below:

    Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, and then select System > Settings > Account > Subscriptions.

    If it's not showing from there it can be on a different Microsoft account that you own. Kindly check, John.

    I understand your question.
    To share subscription between PC and console, you need Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

    • The Game Pass for console works only on the console.
    • Game Pass for PC works on PC only.
    • Game Pass Ultimate works on both

    If you have Ultimate you can share with him

    No. The Game Pass code that is included in consoles can only be used for new Game Pass accounts. So since you've already had Game Pass, it will not work.

    The Xbox one is not capable of running the game. It takes advantage of features only on new hardware , and it’s entire structure requires the new Series processor. There is no way to make it work natively

    You can play it via the cloud on Xbox One using game pass ultimate

    Many new AAA games will only work on the new consoles, so this will become an increasing issue for you
