"Game Pass not working" update

Nothing has changed. I've restarted my xbox countless times, I've hard reset it, I've removed and redownloaded my account and it seems to have done nothing. I left it for a few days to see if it was due to the servers going down on Friday but still, nothing
changed. I'm running out of ideas. I know it's not the card that's the problem because it was redeemed with no problems whatsoever. I paid £16 for this card and haven't been able to use a penny of it. What can I do?

have you checked https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/ to confirm that you redeemed the code?

if it doesn't show there, go to https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us

click on the Contact Us button

select Family and Online Safety as category

select I Want to Protect My Account as the topic

skip the notification

scroll to the bottom of the options and select Request a Call or Chat Online then explain the problem when you get through.

you will need to have the card with the code and the receipt handy when you contact them

Since everything I've tried isnt working, is there a possibility that I could be sent a new code? I appreciate all the help I'm getting but nothing I've done has changed anything and I'm starting to think it's the only solution.
