Game Pass Not Working Offline on Home Console

Hello,

I wanted to know if anyone haa found a workaround/method of playing single player games offline on their home console with their game pass.

I get the error that asks me to sign in or renew the subscription (0x803f900a). I've tried manually setting it to go offline in network settings, I've cold reset my console, my game pass is currently active, and I've been searching the forums for a
couple of days just to find locked threads without the users saying their problem has been fixed with this.

If anyone has a helpful link to a thread or article that covers what I haven't mentioned, that would be greatly appreciated. I heard that you can do it by setting it to offline and it only needs to check in every 30 days, but as soon as I set it to offline,
it denies all access completely.

Hi Devils,

Thanks for the update on the issue. Have you changed your home console? If you changed home console to another console and go offline, the games are unable to determine where the home console is. For this to work correctly, the home console will need to
be set on the console you go offline with. Also since you don't technically own the games from game pass it may require you to be connected to show they on game pass.

In what games are you facing this issue?

Also, I assume you are putting your Xbox offline cause you don't have internet connection where do you want to bring your Xbox, is that correct?

And the account you are using and have set as Xbox Home is the one that has the Gamepass subscription?

How much Gamepass left do you have available?

I've been trying to find some information on this issue, but I saw no fixes for that.

I have a possible workarround for you, can you share connection from your phone to your Xbox? It shouldn't consume too much if you don't update any games.

Correct, I will be heading where there is no internet. I've been having issues with it on different games, specifically right now though it's Outer Worlds. My subscription renews on the 18th of March. I only have one xbox and Microsoft account and one console
that is set as my home console.

I'm just trying to figure this out ahead of time to see if I can have everything working offline or I won't bring the Xbox if I can't use it.

Hello Qwestatious,

Do you have your Xbox One set up as your main Home Xbox? If not, that can explain why you are unable to use your gamepass offline.
