Game pass not working even if subscibed

    Game pass not working even if subscibed


    I cannot manage to download games form gamepass. I am currently actively subscribed, and can play games I downloaded from gamepass without problems, however, if I try downloading new ones, it will tell me I need to join gamepass. Any help?

    i can't use my golden membership

    thanks for all your help.i can see my subscibe on microsoft.com and it is in service.,but the subscibe disappeared on xbox.com.the support enginer of xbox are on holiday.so i think i can't do anything this weekend.

    Impossible to see NBA TV on XBOX ONE APP

    Hi Obinaut420,

    I'm sorry you are having issues with Game Pass. I would recommend trying to
    remove and re-add your account.
    This should re-sync your profile data once it's added back on the console.



    Side Note: It is very important to make sure you know the primary email/password to the account before removing it from the console.

    Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    there are three kinds of game pass for Xbox. The first one is Game Pass Consol which gives you access to the games library but does not let you play online, the second is game pass core which allows you to play online but gives you a limited library of free games, the third is game pass ultimate which includes Xbox, PC, cloud gaming, and online play

    please check which version you subscribe to
