Game pass not updating

<p>I am trying to update my xbox game pass but it is stuck in a loop where it says&nbsp;</p><p><br /></p><p></p><p><span style="color:#c50500;background-color:#f2f2f2;">"Expires in less than a week on 12/05/2020"</span></p><p><span style="color:#c50500;background-color:#f2f2f2;"></span></p><p><span
style="color:#c50500;background-color:#f2f2f2;">It is currently 30/05/2020 and it will not let me purchase game pass as it still thinks it is within the subscription, so currently it will not let me use the game pass nor will it allow me to renew the game
pass as technically it hasnt run out yet, but we are nearly 3 weeks past the "expires in less than a week" date.</span></p><p><span style="color:#c50500;background-color:#f2f2f2;"></span></p>
