I bought a brand new xbox s on 11-2-208and i applied my 3month gamee pass code on the 20 and it claims I don't have it please fix

Metro Last Light Season Pass is broken.

I just bought the Metro Last Light season pass, and the game isn't recognizing that I own it. I decided to delete it and redownload the season pass, only to see that the Xbox dashboard doesn't even recognize that I purchased it, and is trying to charge me
again. I was 100% charged for the season pass, and it's already showing on the billing website.

Horde DLC Not Unlocking On Downloaded Season Pass

I purchased the season pass and downloaded it, I called xbox support and the season pass is linked with my account and so is the horde pack however the game isn't recognizing that it is available for use.

Hey there,

Try doing a
power cycle.

If this does not fix your issue, try deleting your profile from the xbox, reboot the console and then try to add your profile again.

It's worth checking your
Microsoft Account in the subscription page just to be sure the subscription is active.

Hey there Curlen!

Sorry to hear that you're having problems getting the console to recognize your new Game Pass.

I would suggest that if you're still dealing with this problem, that it might be best for you to try and remove and redownload your account following the steps here on

How to add or remove a Microsoft account on Xbox One. Usually that redownloads the account as up to date as physically possible.

Whenever you get a chance, give that page a look through, those steps a try and let us know how that helped resolve the issue.

It now recognizes my game pass and it has also recognized that I have the season pass (not sure if it's because of it being an in-game pass) but this has sorted my problem out.

Ubisoft+ is not part of Game Pass so it won't recognize those games. It will only recognize the game through xCloud if you purchase the game itself.

Hi Nicolas,

It may solve it yes. With the error you are getting it is only recognizing it as a game pass game. It is not recognizing the disk game.

Thanks for responding. I have the app and it works great on Steam with DCS, etc. Apparently it's not being recognized via PC game pass due to the inability to recognize the .exe games as this needs to be inputted into OpenTrack in order for it to recognize the game.

I'm aware of the .exe files being hidden in windowsapps even though I am the administrator.

Is there a method for OpenTrack to recognize PC game pass games such as Microsoft Flight Simulator, Forza Horizon 5, etc in order to determine if an IR head tracker is even supported?
