Game pass missing

my game pass membership is missing on xbox. It's in my Microsoft account so I'm still paying but I'm unable to play any game installed with game pass all of a sudden. Tuesday night around 9pm est I got kicked from ESO and now unable to launch GP games. Please
fix or provide discount info.

Forza Horizons 3 Ultimate bundle missing

The things that I am missing are the content that was with the game that came with the ultimate edition(VIP, car pass, Allstars pass).

 

Rise Of The Tomb Raider Season Pass DL Missing

I purchased the season pass and now the DL content is missing from my game.

Check in the "Subscriptions" section of the console ("My Game & App") and check that the gamepass is correctly active. If it's active, try holding down the power button for 10 secs and try again. If it doesn't work, delete your profile from the console and
re-download it again.
