Game Pass Late Payment

Thanks for replying. When you initially set up the subscription, it would have automatically selected to renew automatically unless that recurring billing was turned off. If you did not cancel the subscription or turn off that function, then a payment would
attempt to be drawn from the account/card associated with the subscription. Only pre-paid subscriptions automatically expire and you aren't billed.

If you are having issues performing the steps provided by XBF Leslie, then you can also request a call back from Xbox Support so that they may assist you with cancelling or turning off the recurring billing function for that service.

When you go to Contact Usto request a callback, follow these steps:

• Step 1 ----Select Xbox One
  
• Step 2 ----Select See other options
  
• Step 3 ----Select topic
  
• Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"
  
• Step 5 ----Select request a call from support
  
• If you do not immediately get the option for a call back, then switch the topic until that selection is provided. Once they call, explain the issue and they will be able to help you.

or 'suspended'.

When your Xbox subscription is suspended and you have an outstanding balance, you must pay the balance in full to continue using it. Here’s how to pay your past due balance online:

1. Sign in to your Services & subscriptions page with your Microsoft account.
   
2. Find your past due subscription in the list. The amount past due will be in red.
   
3. Select Pay now, and then follow the instructions to pay the balance due.
   
   Note Adding a prepaid code will not settle the balance you owe. You need to settle the outstanding balance using the steps above before redeeming your prepaid code.

To stop automatically renewing your subscription, go to
Cancel or turn off recurring billing for a Microsoft subscription and follow the steps under
Turn off recurring billing.

Why should I pay for something I didn't use? My assignature was until february 10th. After this, day I didn't played any of the Game Pass games because they weren't supposed to open (once I hadn't signed again)
