    Game pass issue


    Hello. When I purchased my Scorpio (Xbox one x) launch day system (pre order) it came with a months free Game pass card. I decided to wait to use it as no games really interested me with regards to exclusives as Xbox is limited here compared to my PS4 Pro.
    However I joined the reward scheme and got a months free Game pass to play some older games from the 360 list.

    This ran out after a month. Now a few months later I decided to use my free months pass tgat came with my Xbox One X and I get declined when inputting the code due to it being offered to owners who have not activated a free Game Pass previously. I find that's
    taking the piss. I am getting punished for using something I have rights to use.

    Game Pass referral issue

    Hi,

    On the Xbox dashboard there's an offer advertised saying I can refer up to 10 friends for Game Pass.

    They will get Game Pass half price and I would get £10 for each successful referral.

    When I click the link it just takes me to a promotion to refer people to subscribe to Gold accounts and doesn't let me choose any of the friends who I want to refer for Game Pass.

    How do I refer people for this promotion?

    The offer is meant to be open until 15th March, so time is running out.

    Did you check your "Game Pass Goals" tile on your Game Pass Game Library/Hub on the console?

    This tile will display an offer to receive a "Mystery Gift" or an "Ultimate Mystery Gift" depending on the level of participation from you.

    If you have, please know that you will receive a Service Message approximately 4 weeks after the conclusion of the promotion containing a 25-digit code for your Mystery Gift. That Service Message will also include a "Redeem Code" button embedded in the
    message for a quick redemption experience on the console.

    Only one Game Pass trial can be redeemed per account, I'm afraid; if you have already redeemed a free Game Pass trial, you would not be able to redeem a second trial on your account.

    We'd recommend giving your extra trial code to a friend who might enjoy it!

    I just got off the phone with them and they basically had to cancel my subscription, refund the money, then subscribe again; took around 20 min. It took them several hours to call back though, but it's working again. The lady was nice and helpful too.
    If you're on PC you can take advantage of the $1 a month sign up again.

    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with being able to use your Xbox subscription benefits.

    This is currently a known issue, and in order to get this resolved, we recommend attempting to remove your payment instrument
    and then re-adding it
    to your account. Additionally, I would recommend that you remove your account and re-add it
    onto your console as well.

    However, if this does not help alleviate this problem, I would implore you to Contact Xbox Customer Support as they would be able to assist you further on this matter.

    This can be done by following these simple steps:

    Log in to Xbox.com

    • Step 1: Scroll down, and select Support at the bottom left-hand side under Xbox.
    • Step 2: At the bottom of the page, click on Contact Us
    • Step 3 : Select Billing & accounts then "See other options"
    • Step 4 : Select your Issue – Payment & billing
      • Select - "Show contact options"
      • Select – Request a call from Support

    Just got the same thing, came here to see whats going on. I was charged on the 14th, and could play last night, but for some reason is just says "Play with Gamepass" under everything.

    Edit - Says my payment is "Pending" under my Microsoft account since the 15th, but my bank account was charged and the money taken out
