Game Pass isn't allowing me to play games that I've purchased

At the beginning of 2020, i purchased Xbox Game Pass, and later in june, I cancelled the subscription. Some of the games i got with Game Pass I ended up purchasing, such as Monster Hunter World, and I'm still able to play them now. Earlier today, I purchased
Journey to the Savage Planet, but whenever i try to load in it tells me to renew Game Pass. I don't know why this is because I purchased it for $29.99, so i should have it to own. Is there anything I can do to fix this without having to renew Game Pass?

So purchasing the premium edition won't allow me to play on game pass ultimate cloud gaming on September 1st?

Ok, maybe I'm misunderstanding what I purchased here. According to the game I have to also purchase a game pass in order to play the game. I have purchased the Game pass ultimate and it still won't allow me to do anything. Everything shows locked. What am I missing here. I should note this game is for my grandkids to play when they come to visit this weekend.

It is asking for Game Pass but I already purchased the game I played it for a few months until Microsoft cut my access. As I said I should be allowed to play the game or be reembursed for a game that was basically stolen from me.

I advise you to purchase the game so you can enjoy dlc, Game Pass games can be purchased individually so they can run smoothly.

If the DLC wasn't designed to work with the Game Pass version as you suggest, then why would Microsoft allow it to be bought? And, more to the point, offer the Game Pass Discount?

Telling someone to buy the game to resolve an issue isn't a solution and defeats the entire purpose of Game Pass
