    Game Pass Installation issue


    While installing final fantasy XV onto my PC my computer crashed on me, I was using the xbox app to do this (I have gamepass). After rebooting I immediately opened game pass up to check if the installation was botched, it now is not showing I had installed
    it at all but the memory set for the installation is being used. I checked my computers programs, checked the Xbox game pass app, and even checked the windows store but to no avail. Is anyone sure of a way to recover what I had installed or at least find the
    program files for the original installation to remove them to avoid 86GBs being eaten away for no reason?

    So i got mine to work finally.. I went into manage game for destiny. there was the update pass pending installation, I installed that season pass update. Then after that, I launched the game and it told me there was an update pending for 66 MB. It then
    installed without issue. So maybe that pass part had to be installed first? Or they fixed the issue on the server side. This is what worked for me.

    Thanks for the reply. I restarted the system 3 times, and after the third time it finally shows that I have Game Pass. I'm not sure what the issue was, but now I have another issue. I cannot install Gears 5 with Game Pass. The option is greyed out. Is

    Hi Crypty,

    Thanks for coming to the forums with the issue. This happens a lot with game pass games. If you own it, uninstall the game as it is registering the game pass license. It will then show in your ready to install under my games and apps. You can then install
    it from there.
